Tools, guides, checklists, and calculations are practical reference aids. They do not replace applicable codes, manufacturer instructions, site procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, safety reviews, or the judgment of a qualified professional. Verify inputs, assumptions, ratings, and field conditions before acting on any result.

Paid downloads are licensed to the purchasing account or active subscriber for internal field and project use. Working copies may be printed and annotated for that work. Files may not be resold, publicly posted, sublicensed, or redistributed as standalone products. The free Pro Toolkit Library overview may be shared unchanged, but it does not grant rights to paid resources.

Paid subscriptions renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. Use Manage Subscription from the account page to update billing or cancel. The billing portal shows when a cancellation takes effect. Access to subscription-only tools and files follows the active entitlement recorded for the signed-in account.

Refund requests are reviewed individually for duplicate charges, inaccessible or damaged files, or a material difference between a delivered file and its product listing. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by applicable law.
