Pro Toolkit dynamic simulator

Continuous Conveyor Control Simulator

Run a repeating material-transfer loop with explicit Start and Stop control. A completed transfer counts the part and immediately begins the next one without stopping the conveyor.

Continuous motion and signal simulator

Looping conveyor control lab

Start latches the conveyor on. Every completed part immediately wraps to the entry for the next transfer, and the conveyor keeps running until you press Stop.

Manual conveyor configuration

Live conveyor loop

Part position wraps at the exit. The motor command stays latched through every transfer.

Model boundary

This is an ideal teaching model for a latched start/stop command, repeating part travel, a linear analog speed reference, and a simple acceleration ramp. It does not model drive tuning, torque, slip, coast time, mechanical accumulation, jam detection, safety circuits, or real PLC scheduling.

Continuous conveyor control simulator

Free preview

Inspect the stopped conveyor, default speed channel, part position, and complete Start and Stop control layout.

Paid operation

Start and stop continuous looping transfers, tune the belt model, and compare 4-20 mA or 0-10 V reference values with PLC counts and actual speed.
