Pro Toolkit dynamic simulator
Tank Level Control Simulator
Use manual process data—not a generic animation—to see how volume, flow, hysteresis, valve commands, alarms, and transmitter faults interact over time.
Tank level control lab
Move the physical tank model and its selected 4-20 mA or 0-10 V level channel together. The live path shows actual level, transmitter indication, electrical signal, and PLC raw input.

Actual-level trend
Last 1 steps. The physical level, selected transmitter signal, and PLC raw count update on the same simulation step.
Model boundary
This is a first-order volume balance and ideal linear analog channel for training and early logic review. It omits vessel geometry, pressure, valve and pump curves, wiring burden, input impedance, calibration error, dead time, foam, independent protection, and safety-instrumented functions.
Tank level control simulator
Inspect a fixed tank, actual level, indicated level, commands, setpoints, and process-model boundary.
Enter capacity, flows, setpoints, and sensor ranges; run Manual or automatic control; select 4-20 mA or 0-10 V level feedback; and inject flow, valve, and transmitter faults.
- Capacity- and flow-based level model
- Selectable analog sensor with live PLC counts
- Separate physical and transmitter fault behavior
