Five-Point Analog Calibration Worksheet

Record as-found and as-left engineering readings against five signal points, calculate tolerance results and save a local job.

Worked example

For a 0–100 PSI range, 12 mA corresponds to 50 PSI. With a tolerance of 0.5% of span, the allowed error is ±0.5 PSI at every point. Select the tolerance basis required by the instrument and site.

0%4 mA0 PSI Untested Untested
25%8 mA25 PSI Untested Untested
50%12 mA50 PSI Untested Untested
75%16 mA75 PSI Untested Untested

Pass means the entered error is inside the selected tolerance only. It does not include reference-instrument uncertainty or establish traceability. Follow the approved calibration procedure.
